I was so pleased that you took the trouble to contact me about the size, I ordered a 16 when in fact I only needed a 14. The fact that you were able to lengthen the sleeve to 24" (from 23.25" ) was a bonus.

My jacket arrived at 8:45 this morning.

It is a perfect fit and looks and feels great. Far better than anything I've seen in the shops.
