Dear Paul, I cannot say how impressed I am with you and your company. Ordering something even basic in the UK generally sends one insane. You, however, were hands-on from the start and made sure I received the jacket for my Brother on the day I asked. I was a bit wary ordering over the internet, incase it looked nothing like the photos, I would say it looks even better in 'real life'.
